1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the SlotPK17 website at slotpk17.app, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SlotPK17. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Your continued use of SlotPK17 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. SlotPK17 will post the effective date of any material changes at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2Eligibility

To register and use SlotPK17, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SlotPK17 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be accessing SlotPK17 from a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is permitted under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling or have been excluded by SlotPK17 previously due to a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating the account as a business entity.
• You must not be a SlotPK17 employee, contractor, or a direct family member of one.

SlotPK17 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on SlotPK17. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any accumulated balances being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You must notify SlotPK17 of any changes to your registration details by contacting support.

• Your account login credentials are your personal responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact SlotPK17 support immediately at support@slotpk17.app.
• SlotPK17 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals. Required documents typically include a government-issued ID such as a CNIC.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on SlotPK17 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

• Visa and Mastercard (issued by Pakistani banks)

The minimum deposit on SlotPK17 is Rs 200. Deposits are processed instantly in all cases. SlotPK17 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes. VIP members receive priority processing. SlotPK17 may request identity verification before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above Rs 1,00,000.

• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts held in your own name. SlotPK17 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before wagering requirements are complete will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• SlotPK17 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal, which may extend the standard processing timeline.

5Bonuses and Promotions

SlotPK17 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. SlotPK17 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion's page.
• Bonuses may only be used on games permitted within the terms of the specific promotion. Contributions from restricted games do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or coordinated bonus harvesting — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• SlotPK17 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

The SlotPK17 VIP Programme operates under separate terms communicated to eligible members at the time of tier upgrade. Cashback is calculated on net losses during the applicable period and credited on the schedule published in the VIP programme documentation.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

SlotPK17 offers games across multiple categories including Live Casino, Poker, Crash Games, Fishing Games, Card Games, Roulette, and Ludo. Each game operates according to its published rules. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering real PKR.

• Live Casino games are operated by professional dealers via live stream. All dealer actions are final once a round has been declared closed by the dealer.
• Crash game multipliers are determined by a provably fair algorithm. The server seed and client seed system allows players to verify the fairness of any round's outcome independently.
• Poker cash games and tournaments operate on a player-vs-player basis. SlotPK17 takes a rake from each pot as the platform fee, as published in the poker lobby.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a round, SlotPK17 will resolve the matter in accordance with the individual game's technical failure policy, which is available on request from support.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on SlotPK17 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances without appeal:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any multiplayer game format on SlotPK17.
• Attempting to launder money or use SlotPK17 for any illegal financial purpose.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform to win or withdraw funds.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at SlotPK17 staff or other players through any platform channel.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing any third party to operate your SlotPK17 account.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the SlotPK17 platform — including but not limited to the logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of SlotPK17 or its licensed content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any SlotPK17 content without prior written permission.

The SlotPK17 brand name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the SlotPK17 brand in any form — including on social media, third-party websites, or affiliate marketing materials — requires explicit written authorisation from SlotPK17.

9Privacy and Data Protection

SlotPK17 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

SlotPK17 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required for platform operations and legal compliance.

10Responsible Gaming

12Account Suspension and Closure

SlotPK17 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is detected.
• The account is found to belong to a minor or a previously self-excluded player.
• False or misleading information was provided at registration or during verification.
• The player requests account closure voluntarily.

In cases of voluntary closure where no Terms breach is involved, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all cases.

13Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute related to a game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of your SlotPK17 experience, please follow the process below:

3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter by requesting a senior review. SlotPK17 will provide its final position in writing.

SlotPK17's decisions on game outcome disputes are final where the dispute relates to the result of a certified RNG or live dealer game, as these are independently verifiable.

14Amendments to These Terms

SlotPK17 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the SlotPK17 platform, at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address a security concern.

Your continued use of SlotPK17 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the change takes effect.
